Uncle Mark's Tutorial #1

I'm new to Navy operations. I have played wargames for years, but almost always land warfare. For those scenarios, I follow an estimate approach to figure out how best to achieve my tasks.

I will post as I go through the planning and then the actual battle. Feel free to give me some advice - including that I am thinking to hard...

I decided to start moving my SAG towards the AO and figure things out as I go - sometimes the best way to learn.

Discovered my helicopters are not ready - will take at least 2 hours for the first one to be ready. Poor management on my part.

Three down. I switched to looking for subs, but did not find any before the scenario timed out.

Much happier with that response. Not sure why the helicopter would not get out of hover. Oh well.
