Poland Neutral ! 3.0.1

An odd bug on 3.0.1

I did the setup for a new Global War campaign, and then saved the game at the question whether Poland aligns with the CW. When I reloaded the game Poland was neutral, can't move in, although in the Relations form its states that it is at war with Germany.
