I'm looking for a midium skill axis to play a new campaign
I've one running but I can aford a second one

I'll prefer (but open to make changes)

CV Mode Default
Soviet Combat Bonus = None
Non-Random Weather
No Reduced Blizzard
FoW and Movement FoW

I can play PBEM or server
