Here is a mad except report. It never seems to find an email on my machine that it can use, so I just saved it and posting here.
This is what I was doing at the time of the error.

Attempting to set up convoys. Working on setting the default LL BP to RU to come from Bombay factory. Recompute was resetting to a UK factory. So, I was going to set the route with the Bombay factory before recomputing.
