Data Exports?

Looking to use this game as a simulation platform for other applications to ingest. Basically, looking to know if this software outputs any information, and if so, where I can find information on those data outputs/streams. Hoping for unit positions/activities or even just the information within the unit database!

tl;dr, yes. but only for PE.
