After surrender turn cannot be loaded

My PBEM opponent surrendered but I cannot load the game anymore.
It says 'campain modified or not installed' (see attchment).
This cannot be correct since everything worked before.

I've found the issue and this will be corrected for the next update, apologies for the error.
