Port Capacity

I want to increase the port capacity of Singapore from a 5 to a 10+.

How do I do this in the Editor?

Hi John

It will need to be connected to either a Primary Supply Center or Industrial Center that belongs to a Major Power. For instance, you could make Singapore belong to the UK or India.

If you don't want the city itself and other places connected to it via rail to also have higher resource strength, then their maximum resource strength values will have to be set at 5 (most default to 10, some to 8).
