Opponent Can't Open my hosted challenge

Hello,
I just created a hosted challenge with a password, my friend will be playing the Axis. It's situated at the top of the box, but it's greyed out and neither I nor my friend can access it. I can delete it, but neither of us can open it to play it. My other hosted challenges are the box below it.

Any thoughts?

Can you post a screenshot so I can have a better understanding of the issue?
