Start new game

So Im new at this so its probably me. Trying to start new game and find that some optional rules are not available, total none choseable rules are 25, like Kamikaze, the Ukraine, A-bombs, Oil tankers rough seas etc etc. So is this correct or what? Watched the videos and saw that the Ukraine option was available for that person but isnt for me so what gives?

Welcome to MWIF, Kent.

Some of the options are not yet completely programmed and are unavailable for play. They have been 'greyed' out so to speak.

During beta testing, when those videos were made those options had not yet became 'greyed' out, but they couldn't be properly played with. Starting with the release version the options not yet available were removed from being selectable.

Edit: Some of those options are planned to be added at a later point but I have no idea when that may be. But a few of them, I think, will never be added.
