V1.03 Possable bug

I am playing a PBEM game and after upgrading to 1.03 it is showing that as the Japanese I can purchase, the Chinese minor units again.

I have checked the other Axis minors and they seem to be ok, only the same amounts of units can be purchased as before.

Are these the Nanjing Chinese units?

If Japan has formed Nanjing as a puppet state then that's fine, you should be able to buy some Corps and Garrisons.

If it's something else then please explain further.

Yes it game ID 150906.
I have checked in the advanced options and the soft builds limit is greyed out, but I have been able to build 5 Nanjing garrison units and have also added a 2nd corps and an additional Jap maritime bomber over the build limit to the production queue.
I always play with the build limits on.

Next turn I will try build additional German units.

I have been able to buy German units over the build limits on my next turn. So it seems to be a problem re the soft build cap.
this hasn't happened in any of my other PBEM games so may just be a one off quirk issue.

Thanks for the info and forgot to add that even though the option for Soft Builds is greyed out, it is enabled and greyed out just meaning it is ON, but cannot be changed now that the challenge has started. Being on of course would explain why it would enable you to purchase beyond the set limits.
