Big bug

PBEM. I'm playing Allies. Two games going, different opposing players. Finished turn in game 1. Started turn in game 2. In the replay, it showed a few moves by Germans, nothing by Japanese, then stopped. Tried to move Allied units in UK, could not activate them - that is when I noticed that I could see all the Axis units, including past FOW limits. Also, a German tank unit landed in southern UK, clear hex, no resource and surrounded by UK units, yet showed 10 supply. So, I assume that the playback froze on the Axis turn. Not sure, but I think FOW was off completely, as I think I could see all Allied units as well - not sure because I closed the app and reopened it in order to try to fix it without specifically noting whether I could see all Allied units. Unfortunately, when I tried to restart I saw that this game is now greyed out in the PBEM window. I did not do anything different from usual - playing on the same computer I always use, no Internet connectivity problem. Please advise.

Are you sure the other player didn't resign?

Yes it turns out my opponent resigned - by mistake. So, problem solved.
