DE 403

The manual states that if Persia is conquered via DE 403 or otherwise, that will provide the US with the opportunity to send supplies to the USSR via Persia, referencing DE 306. However, DE 306 is the US airlift to China, and I don't see any US DE for sending supplies to the USSR via Persia. I'm currently playing the Allies, we are ~5 turns into Barbarossa and the US was presented with no DE for sending supplies to the USSR via Persia and the USSR is receiving no supplies via Persia. So, the only benefit of this DE is a smidgeon of additional MPP every turn. Is this intentional? I recall that in WiE supplies actually went to the USSR via Persia.

It looks like an error on my part in not removing some of the text when porting this over from the War in Europe game.
