Confused on just what is currently available

Am I correct that the Mission Editor and the Campaign Generator are not yet available?

The Mission Editor and the included, I think, Battle Generator seem to perform the same function. Is that correct and if not, what is the difference.

Based on an early Youtube there are 15 Mission/Scenarios included and I'm not seeing the mass of user created scenarios I would have expected.

??? Prior to the release of the Mission Editor and the Campaign Generator are there more than 15 Missions available?

??? Ofc in a NATO-WP confrontation in Central Europe the units will be armoured and mech heavy, but do non-mechanized or dismounted infantry appear?

I'm not a dev but ...

Mission editor will be available from incoming patch, mission editor is different from battle generator.
Campaign generator is available at the moment, with the most recent version of AB.
You could see some user-made single missions from mod forum.
Yes dismounted infantry appears and you can use them.

Campaign Generator is available since May.

Mission Editor is a tool that can be used in-game to make scenarios (or if you prefer, missions) as previous method was quite labour intensive.

And yes, there is a variety of infantry available (particularly in DLC) including reserve formations, paratroopers, naval infantry etc.

I think people create scenarios mainly for themselves and don't consider any of them worthy of uploading.

I think you are probably right, esp pending the release of Mission Generator.
