Target list item sequence not saved

Hello,

just noticed that the sequence of the target list is not saved. To reproduce with attached Save, load it, set a manual sequence in the SEAD mission bringing the Tall King Radar into the lowest position of the list, save and load again. The items are in a random order with the Tall King being on the top.

This is a pity since in with 1009.31.1 there was a change that the sequence now really means a priority.

The attached Save was created with the newest version 1009.31.2 from scratch. Same behavior for Saves from older version.

Interesting thing is that "FIXED: Retain mission strike target list order" indicates this was fixed and I did not notice that behavior with 1009.31.1.

Hope this can be fixed in a future version. Keep up the outstanding work.
