BUG ?? Upgrade&Refresh in allied Country

... so playing Germany and Italy ... all others AI

AI Japan lost against the ALLIES in 1947 , now in 1955 I freed them ...
first in South Korea and now Japan ...

the big problem in all that hexes from Japan , I am not able to

UPGRADE and REFRESH my units ...
even in level 10 supported hexes

so it is possible to do that in conquered hexes but not in allied , that is for sure a BUG, isn't it ?

Hi

If you mean that German and Italian units aren't receiving full supply from Japanese resources then that is correct.

In the latest patch the rule was changed so that they would receive up to supply level 3 in this situation, and a German/Italian HQ can supply more than that to any units under its command.

However, this will likely only allow units to reinforce if they are at very low strength.

when I move my unit with it's HQ out to China, which I have conquered with Germany ..
I could upgrade my unit and refresh it to 10 ...

when I move both units 1 hex into Korea or Japan, which is Japan MY ALLY, there are even people who are happy that I freed them , I can do nothing ...

LOL that makes no sense at all , think about it !
