pbem problem

I have matrix version installed on win7 and win 10 , different pc, but today when I try to load pbem game I can't load the game.

I took the day off work to enjoy playing the game today. Logged in over 2300 hours playing but the server is done for PBeM. Any estimated time of it being fixed?

May we get an update on the status of returning the PMEM Server to an operational state, the cause of the issue and expected impact on existing games please?

To the best of my knowledge, it has been down for over 24 hours now.
