New Computer Questions

I need to get a new computer soon. What is the recommended protocol to transfer my TOAW4 from my old computer to my new one?

Also, does it matter whether my new computer is Windows 10(home) or Windows 10(professional)?

You need to run the installer on the new PC, since the game needs to register your serial number again. Run the full .20 first then patch to .21.
Then you can copy the My Games\TOAW4 folder to the new PC to keep options, saves, mods and custom scenarios.

W10 Home or Pro shouldn't matter.
