US Event when New York & Boston blockaded

Post by Mercutio »

I am blockading New York and Boston and at the end of the turn it says "US begins heavily protected convoys" or something to that effect.

What does that mean in the game?

Hi

This means that the US can now send a much greater proportion of its MPPs via convoy to the UK. If you're playing as Allied then you might want to go to the War Maps -> Convoy and ramp up the US's convoy!

No, I am the axis and it looks like now they can't send anything. Won't matter much because I am closing in on Edinburgh and Glasgow. Thanks for the reply

If you've blockaded the port to get port strength below 5 then that makes sense, or maybe you've taken one of the destination ports (or reduced that below 5)?
