Error Message "Failure to meet garrison req.

Hello all,

When I want to end the turn I get the Message "Failure to meet garrioson req. Return to movement Phase ?

When i say yes the i see a screen of the Axis Garrison Status
And i hev no clue waht i shoud do there , and whot info this screen give me

You have to garrison certain areas/regions with troops matching the required combat value (cv) and some cities with troops and a security unit.
Should be well explained in the game manual.
