Update Confusion v4.1.0.21

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

Update Confusion v4.1.0.21

Why are there two [PC] Updates in the download area labeled 4.1.0.21? One is dated January 9, 2018 and one is dated December 13, 2018. They are in addition to the 4.1.0.20 Installer Release.
