Cant download my purchases

Had my old hard drive crash, so installed a new hard drive.
Have to reinstall my software now.

The area where i used to see my games is no longer there. I cant access any previous purchases.
Did i just get screwed out of hundreds of dollars in previous game purchases from here?

Im starting to get really frustrated. Thats why i hate everything being digital only.
So i have my matrix/slytherine keys for my Order of Battle games.
But i have no where to redownload them now. I get asked to repurchase them is all.
Can anyone help?

Never mind, i found a work around.
Basically install free game and installer will let you add in keys for previous content.
