Thanks for answering my questions. I have another which you may be able to answer here. What causes victory for both the Axis and the Allies? Is there some sort of finality in GD1938?

on page 60 of the GD38 manual it is based on number of nations broken and total victory points. each faction has different conditions

then AT III vs T34 question? you can use the in game compare feature - AT III attack vs armor is I think 480/960? And the 3 T34 models have more than that in HP but should still be able to be defeated? Of course there would be other variables like terrain, readiness, leadership, etc

Not to mention Experience. People tend to throw green units at experienced units, and complain when they lose the green units, saying the green unit equipment was not "good enough".
