v1.16.03: file read error opening modified campaigns

My opponent Andreas (he don´t speak english) has a problem:

After updating to 1.16.03 he cannot open anymore his modified campains. The campains aren´t in the campaign-list and if he try to open it in editor he get an file read error.

What could we do?

The older custom campaigns before v1.16 will need to be converted, and only the one time as v1.16 was a major change to the game engine.

Luckily we included a conversion tool for this that can be found in the following folder in the installation folder for the game:

Extras\Campaign Conversion

I would strongly suggest reading the Campaign Conversion Tool README.pdf file for further instructions on how to properly convert v1.15 or older custom campaigns.
