Might need to wait for next patch to become stable. Axis have it easy right now in current stable patch if the axis player has any skill.

The experience bug is a huge penalty for the soviets. Its fixed in the new patch just a matter of how bad/good the other balancing affects the game as well.

Probably a good idea to wait for 1.12 fix. Supply issues for German units when there should be none - 0 MPs an unit has 40% fuel.

You are an old pro not sure I am up for your skill level, but give it a go when things are more stable if you like.

I get confused between patches, betas, hot fixes etc but if the Soviets only get 15k in rail transport, have many more units shattering like Air Commands, cannot get their HQ structure out of a pocket, and when they do surrender they re appear on the Eastern edge of the map, then staying in bed is the best option

56ajax....the current new beta patch is still getting fixes...it was just released like 1-2 weeks ago. 1 Hotfix was already done but there are still major issues being sorted out that will require at least one more hotfix/update to this patch cycle.

Its why Im not even spending time on the beta patch until the major issues people have already identified are corrected. One small bonus to the soviets is the +5 manpower in 41/42 and -5 in 44/45...the +5 in 41/42 is much more important to balancing the early game and should help make up for all the HQ/SU destruction we will be seeing now....which is a huge negative for the soviets in 41/42.
