Failed to extract project file

I tried upgrading my vanilla Middle East game but, after I installed v.201, I got an error message "Failed to extract project file to memory" when I tried to launch.

Can anyone help?

Tried a few things and finally got it to work.
Turns out I should have installed from the installer on the Matrix site and not my original disk!
