Game looks like fun. I'll be purchasing it on release date.

Is there a way for Germany to transfer resources to Italy? A feature I liked in ATR and AWAW.

Also, why was this game not an early access game on steam? A way to get some more free testing?

I saw in the Wargamer Guy's videos that Germany can indeed transfer resources to Italy and I assume to the other minor allies as well.

Yes you have to manage resources in terms of trade. Germany should be sending oil to Italy for example.

Speaking of Italy can you do production, research, etc. with it like Germany?

Yes.

Minor countries give 50% of their production and all unused oil to the major power that controls them.
