Romania (Neutral) - If France has surrendered Romania will join as Axis in November of 1940.
It just became Dec 6th and Hungry joined the Axis last turn. France was conquered in July. Should I be worried that Romania has not joined the Axis?
Only thing non-historical is that Italy is still at peace with Allies. But part of the Axis alliance.
It's going to be very hard for Germany to attack Soviets without Romanian territory. Soviets did take Besserabia earlier too.
