War Plan missing end turn

Maybe I am missing something but there is no end turn checkmark on my newly purchased game. I cannot continue playing. What's going on?

I figured it out. The checkmark is buried behind the battles icon. only detectable when I change display configuration. That is stupid design. Manual says nothing about it. Big waste of time.

The minimum game resolution is 1366x768. It says so on the product page.
