map Zooming

map seems to magically zooms out periodically (undoubtedly due to something I did), but can find control to zoom back in ????? Where be it ?

Shift - zooms out …..
Shift + doesn't do anything ? need to zoom back in ?

I just use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

The plus and minus keys on my keyboard number pad will also zoom in and out. The other plus key (next to backspace) does not work. Not sure if it is my keyboard or something else.

+ - works or scroll wheel. There is no need to press the + - key for anything else.

This is EXACTLY my problem. And I only have one + key, which is next to the Backspace button ….

- mouse scroll works
- keypad -/+ works
- keyboard -/+ does not work - at least minus works but not plus.

If you are using a keyboard with no keypad and no mouse (or one with no scroll wheel) you have a problem.

On a side note, on a touch screen or touch pad the standard methods of zooming in and out do not work either.
Ran into same observations using my touchscreen laptop.

On my regular desktop this is not an issue.
