Fuzzy graphics

When I zoom all the way in the graphics get a little fuzzy, I have a very good monitor. Can anyone suggest a good 100$ range graphics card, there are so many.

It's just the scaling of compression of the images in the camera. The far zoom is effectively a strategic view.
