Forum Weirdness

This is more of a Matrix question and/or the forum ….

The War Plan forum when I first go to it has a split topic listing (horizontal) blue line between two groups of topics …. no biggie. Except if I post something and go back it's now a single listing and the order has changed or missing topics …. If I go completely out and come back in, then the topics look right but with the split section again ….

Only me or do others see this …. I'm a long time forum member and have never experienced this before …… [&:]
