No Manual with Hard Copy

I received in the mails today my hard copy of WarPlan. It did not include a printed copy of the game manual. I bought the hard copy for that very reason. As I look at the Matrix order page for Warplan, I see that there are three options...one is digital only, one is digital plus hard copy with the manual in grey scale, one is digital plus hard copy the manual in color. I received a copy of the game disk in a box. If you order the game, be aware of what it takes to get a copy of the game manual if this component is important to your gaming experience.

I would contact them directly then. I have no control over that myself. If you ordered a hard copy and they forgot the manual you need to open I ticket?! I presume. I only own digital so I don't know how it works.
