[Minor Bug] Poor Scrolling N and S w Mouse

After updating to v1.00.02 and running windowed in 1680x1050, the ability to auto scroll N and S in the game using the cursor is now near impossible, the keyboard arrows are almost mandatory now. Previous to the update there was no issue.
You people are telling me what you think I want to know. I want to know what is actually happening.

I set the pixels too small. They were interfering with the menu items. In the next patch they are set much better.

Be sure the launcher says v1.00.02.01
