Victory Conditions

I finally got the Victory screen to show after conquering everyone I could find but I found what it displayed didn't really match the situation. The Allies had occupied every Victory hex and taken every country by Feb 1944. The results just didn't seem logical for that situation. The French got a Major Victory for apparently losing their country. The Italians got a minor victory for losing their county and N. Africa. The rest got Historical victories.

What I suspect is the reason for these results is the game stopped on Feb 44 and didn't add VP for holding those objectives until time out in 1945. So to get a major victory for England and US would require you to not conquer the last country and wat for the VP to accumulate.

Also, another but occurred. After Germany surrendered click on the "War Panel" to see the VP levels locked up the game.
