I am looking to see if anyone has ever done the Japanese Command Cruiser detailed in the 1936 Plans? It is about 25,000T, has 4x3 12" guns (super-imposed bow/stern) and would have a Yamato-like look.

Can provide more details and would like to have the art!

The design I am looking at is on Page 294 of Kaigun. Ishikawa Shingo created the class of super-cruiser to complement the proposed super-battleships.
