Oil Silo Capacity

@Alvaro, I am trying to figure out my max oil capacity for future.

The formula in the manual says this:

Oil Silos – Each country has a limited amount of oil they can
refine into fuel and store based on the total of their base 200 +
production (with economic multiple) + base oil production or 200
oil whichever is greater.

I can't get my on-screen capacity to add up using this formula.
Is it correct?

200 + ((production + oil) * Economic multiple).

It's a typo in the rules. Thanks.
