Can't reassign S. Ural Air Command

Is this WAD now that military district air command HQ's can't be reassigned to fronts? Noticing that Volga Air Command can't be reassigned either.

If you're going to do this, you need to create air HQ's with each new front HQ.

I believe they are locked to their MD and have always been so

Oh, OK. Maybe this was the first time I've tried this. I have used the Kharkov and Orel MD air commands as front air armies before.

Each front that comes in should have its own air command HQ.
