Oil bug?

@Alvaro, see from the screen shot the Italian oil from Rumania is blocked. I don't know why. It has occurred since I DOW on Bulgaria about 3 turns back. The Axis control all territory in the Balkans except Greece. Rumania and Hungary are still neutral. There are no partisan activities. No blocked rail lines. Everything was fine till I DOW on Bulgaria.

Send me the save game. Something is blocked. If Italy is still neutral it can't rail resources via Germany. Only if they had a trade agreement.

Isn't the oil passing by Hungary anyhow that is neutral? And then goes directly in Germany?

Just had something similar with Romanian oil to Italy being blocked after I invaded Yugoslavia in Oct 39.

Hoped would unblock after Yugo surrender but has continued.
