1.0.6 morale icons...

See attached images showing inconsistency of icons after entering deployment phase of second round of OP.
Such a great idea just needs a bit of tuning as ever [&o]

Oh, sorry...[:D]

If you look at the 3 screenshots, the state of the units i.e. poor morale, low morale etc. does not consistently show the same icon.

Low morale - no icon
Poor morale - icon
Poor morale - no icon

etc
