[Logged, awaiting feedback] Error at the start

Hello, I installed the game and managed to play once, however for 2 days the following error appears: Error in application Startup. Error found during the application startup. Error details: Conversion of the string: "Error in Application_Startup!" In the Integer type it is not valid.
When doing Ok then the game is not able to start, and when the menu appears it is covered by the start screen and every time it is tried to activate the menu it is not possible to do anything else.
Already try the following:
Uninstall and reinstall as Administrator
I started the game as an administrator

I installed CMO today and I have exactly the same problem. Same error message (mine is in English, though).

Windows 7, latest patches applied.
