1.00.03 bug that will be fixed for Tuesday

There is a small convoy bug due to the new feature that was missed in older games V21.

I am sending this for a hotfix for Tuesday.

Is this a bug that only effects games that were started before the patch? Or does the bug also effect new games?

The feature to turn off and on convoys was added that introduced a new variable. I don't like doing this after release but too many players posted about the Norway merchant marine fiasco. This always introduces problems. I was up late last night fixing it for everyone this morning. It is already with Matrix so I am hoping they will upload soon.
