Tacview demo but bought full package

I have the original CMNO so bought the CMO and Tacview package on a Steam. Everything runs ok but Tacview says that it’s running in demo mode with 21 days left. I have tried linking the CMO program to both Tacview ex and Tacview64 ex and the same issue arises both times. Any advice on what I should do?

Did you definitely buy the Tacview Advanced? If so, make sure it's updated. Also, before using it the first time with CMO, run it once directly from the executable or from Steam.

When I first bought it it did the same, but since an update it's been displaying Advanced.

I have tried everything I can think of. When checking my Steam account it confirms that I have Tacview Advanced purchased and installed. Hopefully when the trial period is over the program will continue to let me use it, otherwise I will have to contact Steam.

If you right-click Tacview in the Steam UI and select "properties", does it confirm Advanced is a registered DLC?

Have you tried "Launch" from the Steam client?

I didn't bought Tacview on Steam but I believe you still need to activate Tacview software.

You need to find the product key. On your game library : Right click on Tacview > Manage > Key (or somethink like that. (My steam is not in English)
Start Tacview application.
I remember a big orange button to register the product.
It can also be in help menu.

There is no product key in the Steam version - the Advanced version comes as a DLC of the free basic version (which needs to be installed). It just needs to be launched once to activate it.

It is dependent on the Steam client - if you try to run the exec without the client, it will launch the client prior to running.
