Has diplomacy been taken out of PBEM games in the latest patch ?
Am up to T8 in two games that were started with Diplomacy ON and not a chit in sight.
The lark, signing its chirping hymn,
Soars high above the clouds;

With sweet, mellifluous sounds.

I have not. I'd have a revolt if I did. You might just be getting unlucky. It is possible.

Personally suggest playing with it off. It highly skews a game.

Diplomacy atm is just rigged to favor the Allies - and they're already OP by what I see in my games.
It's a single player toy right now. Otherwise, best of luck finding a game where Germany is okay with Allies obliterating in '40 '41 their trade with Sweden, and then it's Turkey turn, and then it's Spain turn, etc.
