CMO Black on White color scheme

Is it possible to have CMO displayed in a standard Windows color scheme, black text on white background, as was in CMANO, instead of white text on dark/black backgoround?

I have looked through the options, and I can't seem to be able to find the switch.

If it is not possible, which is the appropriate thread or place where I can submit or support a request to implement it?
