does boxed edition include a hard copy manual?

The boxed edition of Strategic Command: War in Europe included a hard copy manual (very nice). Does World at War also include a manual in the boxed edition?

The Store advertisement page indicates there is a deluxe edition (DX), but that does not seem to be an option -- although you can select "Boxed + digital edition".

The boxed edition does not contain a printed manual. There is a pdf manual though.

I also found the PDF manual in the download version from Steam (is it just me, or is anyone else convinced there's a typo in pricing the WiE/WaW SC bundle?). I copied it over to my Docs folder. Printing it is out of the question due to cost (I'm on an ink plan with my printer that surcharges me for extra pages, and doing even the Print-Friendly manual at Kinko's is cost-prohibitive. The best I can do is copy it to a tablet.

This seems to actually be the intent given the proportions of the layout.

I would like to thank Matrix/Sliterine for providing manuals at all, and I am not being sarcastic. Most PC games I see have nearly inaccessible manuals when they have manuals at all, and it definitely affects my ability to play.
