updated game problems

Hello, I just updated the game and for some reason the updater seemed to reinstall the entire game... Now the problem is I can't play any of my saved games anymore ('file read error' on all of them). I also have a bunch of custom scenarios in documents/my games/strategic command... folder but none of them shows up in the scenario list ingame anymore :/

I also can't open the custom scenarios in the editor anymore :'(

Any way to fix this ?

Ok I found a thread about scenario conversion for older scenarios. I converted one of my scenarios but when I tried to open it in the editor I got this:

I tried making a new campaign in editor and then opening the older one, that way I got this message instead:

Hi Ason,

Sorry to hear about the trouble and the one item the Conversion Tool seems to have missed are the Fortifications when converting. If you still have your old campaigns and the previous install, try removing the fortifications from your campaign prior to converting. Then the Conversion Tool should work and you'll just have to add them back in after that with the latest Editor.

If that doesn't work and if you still have the original campaigns prior to any conversion attempt, please send them to me at support@furysoftware.com and I'll be happy to fix them for you.

Previous saved games are unfortunately also not compatible with the latest update.

Thanks Hubert, unfortunately I don't have the older version of the game anymore..

I put them on my dropbox I hope that works just as well as wetransfer for you, if not please let me know.

No problem and to confirm, these are the converted ones but they are just crashing? I should be able to resolve this as well, and will have something probably by Monday for you.

These are not converted. I made backups of the campaigns before trying the converter:)
