Aircraft won't launch AGM-45B shrike

Situation: Playing the scenario Strait of Tiran, 1978

Expected Behavior: Flights having AGM-45B Shrike missiles with radars or SAM sites as their targets should launch Shrike missiles at the targets.

Current Behavior: Both flights having AGM-45B Shrike missiles just circle their targets at low altitude and don't launch missiles. Have tried manually assigning altitude to 12,000 feet, but no launch. Also, I can manually assign Shrikes to radar installation and SA-2 sites. I can't manually assign the Shrike to the SA-3 site NE of Hurghada AB.

The SA-3 isn't radiating, the shrike needs a radar to be emitting otherwise it won't be able to target it.

Per Raptorx7_slith's comment, I replayed the mission and the Shrikes were correctly launched when the SAMs started emitting.

Looks like this is working correctly.
