I've heard that there have been some server issues but they should be fixed now... any chance you've tried again to update? If not I'd suggest opening a support ticket and sorry to hear about the trouble as well.

You may call me a grumpy old man, but I really hate how Matrix handles costumer service, especially for a newly bought product. I know it's not your fault, your support for your titles has always been exemplary, but I really wonder if this would happen on Steam.

I am experiencing the same problem. Is there a fix?

Unfortunately I'm not sure as I don't control this part of the setup and update features for the game. Similar answer as before which is to try and open up a support ticket with Matrix as this way it becomes an issue that they are more aware of and ideally can then provide a fix for etc.
