Discount Codes

My discount code is not recognized. I went to "Support" several times. I was sent several new Codes. None of then work.

Any solution? Can I speak to a tech guy?

tech doesn't do code support, only game support, the right place is where you have been i'm sorry to say, as it's account support and not something we have access to here :(
