Multi Player Log In Error

I logged in this morning to do my multiplayer turn (version 1.04),and I cannot login. Says "invalid password". I have of course made sure I am using the correct password. I have been using my valid password for weeks. Any help to login would be appreciated since I cannot enter a password I do not know other then the one I have been using.

I can log in myself.

Backup the player data file
C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\playerData.dat
to some other name to test

Try logging in again.

If that doesn't work....

Double check internet.
Restart PC
Disable AV
Reset Password with Matrix maybe you forgot it.

Thanks guys I am logged in atm on matrix so password is not the problem. The games multiplayer login thinks my password is invalid now even though I have been using it for over a week. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled to see if that fixed anything and multiplayer login still thinks my valid password is invalid. Obvious stuff like restarting my computer has been done. My Megabits per second download is just under 500 and my upload is around 100.

Did you delete that playerData.dat file specifically? WarPlan will recreate it with the new password and serial #.
